The story of ProPix could be told as a guy working out of an extra bedroom making it big. But, this wouldn't give you an accurate picture of our history.

ProPix was originally started in 1998; at a time when web development companies didn't even exist. You might think because the company is named ProPix that we are really an exclusively imaging and photography company. That isn't the case however. The real reason for the name ProPix is that we help develop the image and brand of your company and product, professionally. |
| In late 1998, we, came to a crossroad in our lives. Either continue a career as content specialists or make a leap of faith and start a business that not many were sure would be around in a few years (at the time there was a lot of speculation that the Web would grow too large and collapse). We decided to follow his passion and stay on in Bangalore city. Armed with one active client and no savings to speak of, we picked up job after job and made the business work. |

In mid 2000 the work started flowing in faster than we could handle so we started adding people. And as our reputation increased, so did our growth. We evolved, moved locations and continued to build. And as our client's needs changed, we changed along with them.
As technologies changed, we learnt them all. We diversified our skillsets to accomodate Photography, Photographic equipment and Professional Brand consulting, thing that we were already doing, now offered as value added services. |
We have funded growth organically and through investors. We've also done something not many companies in our industry have, turned a profit every single quarter. While our continued growth will require changes in our strategies, we're proud of what we've achieved so far. To help us achive our goals, we have industry veterans, like Chandra Kumar (former CEO LINC Software) in an advisory and consulting role, providing us with guidance and cumulative experience that we need.. |

Currently we're adding great people as fast as we can find them. We're also continuing to push the envelope on both the complexity and scope of our work. We've set our goals extremely high and fully expect to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.
